Christmas At Dickie Fitz

It’s  all  about  the  glamour  this  Christmas  season.  Dickie  Fitz,  Fitzrovia’s  all-­day  dining   restaurant   and   cocktail   bar,   adds   a   touch   of   glamour   to   your   celebrations   with   seasonal  dishes,  New  World  wines  and  festive  cocktails  with  an  Australasian  twist.        Opening  this  year  with  critical  acclaim,  Dickie  Fitz  has  established  itself  as  the  place   to   be   and   be   seen   in   buzzing   Fitzrovia.   The   award   winning   Zachary   Pullman   designed  restaurant  has  giant  ‘bauble’  style  lights  and  warm  yellow  and  marble  table   topped   interiors,   perfect   for   socialising   over   the   Christmas   period.   The   beautiful   staircase  leads  up  to  a  dining  room  perfect  for  private  events  and  group  bookings.

Available   from   28th   November,   guest   will   be   able   to   choose   from   three   indulgent   Christmas   menus.   Stand-­out   festive   dishes   include   starters   of   cured   salmon   with   pomelo   and   grapefruit;  spiced   pumpkin   soup   with   curried   tofu;  and   a   Dickie   Fitz   favourite,   kangaroo   carpaccio.   For   the   main   event,   there’s   150+   day   grain-fed   Australian   sirloin   of   beef   with   kimchi   hollandaise,   and   for   guest   wanting   a   feasting   experience,  a  whole  roasted  turkey  carved  at  the  table  with  all  the  classic  trimmings.   A  warming  Jerusalem  artichoke  risotto  will  bring  out  a  smile  from  vegetarians.  Finish   the  meal  off  in  traditional  fashion  with  Christmas  pudding  and  brandy  anglaise  or  be   experimental   by   tasting   Rocky   Road   with   speculoos   ice   cream.   There   are   some   creative   drinks   packages   to   match,   complete   with   Dickie   Fitz’s   enticing   Tim-­Tam   martini.

For   an   exclusive   party,   the   upstairs   dining   room   is   available   for   up   to   60   guests.     Canapé   options   of   truffle   macancini,  chicken   schnitzel   rolls   and   salt   baked   beetroot   with   whipped   goats   cheese   will   excite   every   guest.   Make   food   the   focus   with   bowl-­ served   options   such   as   sticky   pork   ribs   with   sake   and   honey;  tuna   tataki   with avocado   and   ponzu;  mini   lemon   meringue   pies;  and   Mrs   Robinson’s   Lamingtons   sprinkled  with  coconut  flakes.  Find  yourself  in  a  world  of  Art  Deco  glamour,  surrounded  by  the  stunning  flavors  of   the  Pacific  with  Christmas  at  Dickie  Fitz.

  

-­   The  Christmas  set  menus  at  Dickie  Fitz  are  available  for  parties  of  8  to  55   people  from  £38.50  -­  £50  per  person.

-­   Drinks  packages  are  available  from  £15  per  person.

– The  top  floor  private  dining  space  can  be  hired  for  20  to  60   people  standing.  Alternatively,  the  whole  venue  can  be  booked  for  120   people.
