Truffles are for winter no more! Introducing the Australian truffle – seasonal throughout the Aussie winter and the British summer, you lucky things!

Sourced from Wiltshire Truffle Co. in Western Australia, our truffles are fresher than their European rivals, excavated from the ground on a Thursday and immediately flown over, making it to the kitchen by Saturday morning. Sourcing the delicacies from our home-nation (we’re an Aussie restaurant after all!) means we’re able to offer you a unique flavour experience, pairing their rich, earthy notes with lighter summer ingredients in contrast to the usual hearty Autumnal produce.

From June to August, we’ll be serving a luxurious five-course truffle menu starting with a truffle-infused cocktail and snack-style canapes – think truffle buns and popcorn – followed by summery, seasonal dishes such as Steamed brill with yabbies, broad beans and truffle dashi.
